Regenerative skin treatment
Polynucleotides
A regenerative injectable treatment intended to support the skin's natural repair processes, hydration and collagen activity—particularly where skin looks thin, tired or crepey.
What is it?
Skin quality,
not a different face.
Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fragments used in regenerative aesthetics. Rather than adding facial volume, they are placed within the skin to support repair, hydration and fibroblast activity.
They can be considered for the face, neck, décolletage or delicate eye area. Product choice and depth depend on the treatment area and your individual skin assessment.

What to expect.
Small bumps, redness, tenderness and swelling are common immediately after treatment. Bruising is possible, especially around the eyes. Most visible effects settle over 24–72 hours, although bruising can last longer.
A full aftercare plan is provided at your appointment. Contact the clinic promptly if you have unexpected or concerning symptoms.

Frequently asked
Your questions,
answered.
Are polynucleotides a filler?+
No. They are not used to sculpt or replace volume. The aim is to support skin quality and regeneration.
How many sessions are recommended?+
A course of three treatments is commonly advised, usually spaced two to four weeks apart. Your plan may vary.
Can the under-eye area be treated?+
It may be suitable for some people. The skin, anatomy and cause of the concern must be assessed first; not every under-eye concern is appropriate for injectable treatment.
Can I combine polynucleotides with Profhilo?+
A staged combination may be considered where both hydration and regenerative support are helpful. Timing is planned individually after consultation.
