Meet your doctor
A GMC-registered doctor, MRCGP and NHS GP with more than nine years of NHS experience.
Dr Maryam was drawn to aesthetics through her long-standing interest in dermatology, skin health and the confidence that can come from feeling comfortable in your own skin.
Her philosophy is simple: listen carefully, assess medically and treat conservatively. Aesthetic medicine should never be about changing your identity. It should support healthier-looking skin and preserve what is individual about you.
NHS GP & MRCGPMore than nine years of NHS clinical experience.

Why choose Dr Maryam?
A medical setting should feel safe, unhurried and honest. Every decision is led by your wellbeing—not by pressure to have a treatment.

Before you visit
Most people describe brief stinging or pressure at the injection points. Treatment is quick, and comfort options are discussed during consultation.
Profhilo is commonly planned as two sessions around four weeks apart. Polynucleotides and Sunekos are usually planned as a short course. Your exact plan follows a medical and skin assessment.
Temporary bumps, redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can occur. Profhilo bumps often settle within 12–24 hours; eye-area swelling or bruising can last longer.
Treatment may be unsuitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active infection or inflammation, certain allergies, medicines or medical conditions. Dr Maryam assesses every patient individually.
Sometimes. Profhilo, polynucleotides and Sunekos may form part of a staged plan, but they are not automatically combined or given together. Timing and suitability are decided clinically.
We discuss your concerns, medical history and desired outcome, then assess your skin and facial anatomy. You receive an individual plan with alternatives, expected downtime and clear costs, with no pressure to proceed.
